ABOUT ME... :D

My name is Maria Fernanda Jasso Salazar I am 14 years old. I was born on May 24th 1997, in Monterrey. When I was 6 months old my family and I went to live to Mexico City and I lived there for my whole life until 2 years ago, when I came back to Monterrey. Moving here was very difficult for me at the beginning because I really missed everything but I knew that this was going to bring me good things too. My favorite animal is the snow leopard; I think that it’s a very mysterious and interesting animal. My favorite color is turquoise. My favorite hobby is photography; I really love it because I feel that what I can’t express through words I can express it through pictures and that every image has a special meaning and everything that appears on them means something special and different and unique...

Those who deserve pride are the ones that won't brag about it...

SURPRISE!
After the LA song presentations we were all a little bit scared so we asked our amazing teacher Miss Shillina if she could perform for us so that we wouldn't be so scared, and guess what!? SHE SAID YES!

SUPER HEART!
We were asked to change the lyrics of a song and make the song about what we wanted for Monterrey... At the beginning of the assignment I wasn't excited at all but once we started with the choreography and the lyrics everything changed and I was so happy that our teacher had the great idea of doing this activity because it was the best thing in the world to see other classmates performing and performing myself.

We were asked to create a Glogster about our identity. I loved this because I learned things about my classmates that I had no idea about.

2GETHER!!!

I was invited to attend to a congress at TEC that was really cool, because we were able to see what the handicap people experienced as a daily basis. For example the first day we ate blindfolded and it was really shocking to see that we complained about being like that just for a few minutes when others actually have to live their whole lives like that. I personally was completely changed with this congress and now I see life and people in a complete different way and I am really happy that I was invited to be a part of it...
